Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Health implements the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act (BGBl. I No. 13/2006). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to production of salt-nitrite mixtures. Article 2 specifies that nitrites shall not be produced nor stored in food manufacturing establishments. The text consists of 4 articles.
