Agreement between Austria and the Czech Republic concerning conclusions of the Milk Process and Follow-up.

The signatories agree that the process started in Milk has led to an improvement in the exchange of information on the Timeline Nuclear Power Plant thus creating prerequisites for more confidence between the Czech Republic and Austria within an intensive dialogue on nuclear energy. The text consists of 8 Chapters as follows: Info-Hotline (I); Early warning system (II); Energy partnership (III); Safety issue (IV); Environment impact assessment (V); Commercial operation (VI); Free movement of goods and publicity in the media (VII); Enlargement (VIII); Closing provisions. Two Annexes are enclosed.
