Abstract
The Agreement consists of 7 articles. In particular, it foresees the exchange of research material, information concerning special regulations, and the exchange of experts at the expense of the country supplying them. To implement this Agreement the parties agree on a 3 year work programme. The Agreement is valid for 5 years.
