Abstract
Article 3 of the above-mentioned Agreement establishes that considering their long-standing economic relations and the level of their economic, industrial, technical, and technological cooperation, the Parties have agreed that favourable conditions exist for a long-term cooperation in the following areas: agro-food industry, processing and storage of agricultural products; agriculture and agricultural technology; water resources; energy, including cooperation with third countries; exploration, exploitation, treatment, refining and processing as well as marketing of raw minerals and mining products; extension and rehabilitation of power stations and high tension distribution networks and pipeline networks for gas and oil. The text consists of 17 articles.
