The Contracting Parties shall within their national legislation support and promote cooperation in the following fields: energy, including energy-saving technologies, development and revitalization of the power plants and high-voltage transmission networks, mining and minerals, agriculture and forestry, environment, nature, forestry protection, food industry, waste industry and recycling. The text consists of 18 articles.
