Abstract
An agreement in the form of letters between the Government of Austria and Hungary on the establishment of a veterinary border control point at Rabafuzes in Hungary and Heiligenkreuz in Austria. The Republic of Hungary agrees that, in accordance with EC regulations, Austrian veterinarians shall examine animals and animal products. Moreover, in order for veterinarians to carry out their work properly, Hungary undertakes to provide adequate conditions, such as buildings, equipments, hygienic conditions, etc.
