Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Austria and the Government of the People’s Republic of Hungary on settlement of issues of common interest in connexion n with nuclear facilities.

The Government of the Republic of Austria and the Government of the People’s Republic of Hungary being convinced of the importance of co-operation in areas of common interest related to nuclear installations, in particular as regards the protection of the population and the environment from radioactive radiation, shall cooperate in the field of nuclear safety and in particular in exchanging early information in case of emergency situations. Article 2 establishes that the Contracting Parties shall also inform each other of any existing, under construction or planned nuclear power station. The text consists of 16 articles.
