Abstract
The Contracting Parties, within the framework of the national legislation, shall give each other mutual assistance in case of major accidents or serious accidents. In particular, the present Agreement establishes the framework conditions for such assistance which consists mainly in the use of relief crews and help materials. The text consists of 16 articles.
