Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Environment Sustainability Testing Act 2000 (BGBl. Nr. 697/1993). In particular, article 2 lists emission threshold values and article 3 lays down provisions relating to assessment methods for noise emission. The text consists of 8 articles.
