Amendment of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act.

Article 1 of this Act provides amendments to the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act. The amending provisions regard to placing the food on market; tasks of the Federal Office for consumer health; additional annual national control plan (MNKP) and annual report; movement, entry, import, export and trade of goods within the European Union; control of consignment; entry and trade of foods with animal origin within the European Union; issuance of official certificates for consignments of goods by the government for export purposes; and duty to inform and administrative assistance.
