Amendment of the Health and Food Safety Act.

Article 2 of this Act provides amendments to the Health and Food Safety Act 2002. The amendments refer to Article 17b with regard to the receipt and control of the goods consignments at the boards of the EU; Article 19 with regard to cancellation and changes on collection of the fees; Article 20 with regard to authorised ministries for implementation of the Act; and Article 21 with regard to enforcement of some of the changes as of 1 January 2022.
