Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Animal Breeding Promotion Ordinance 2009 (LGBl. 35/2009). In particular, the Ordinance amends articles 3 and 6 concerning EU-directives; Annex B, paragraph III dealing with authorization of subsidies to farmers; adds article 9 dealing with entry into force of amendments.
