Abstract
The present Ordinance regulates the earmarking and registration of pigs, sheep and goats. The Ordinanced contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed such as “animal farm”, “transport”, “sheep”, “pigs”.The text consists of 28 articles divided into 7 chapters as follows: Sphere of appication, definition of terms (1); Earmarking of pigs (2); Central data base for pigs (3); Earmarking of sheep and goats (4); Registration (5); Bringing into circulation earmarks and official control (6); Final dispositions (7). One Annex is enclosed.
