Abstract
This Ordinance provides for obligation to compile statistics on aquaculture production by the end of each year on the basis of the data collected based on the EU Regulation Nr. 762/2008. Natural and legal persons as well as partnerships under Commercial Law who operate a statistical unit in their own name shall be obliged to provide information on aquaculture production excluding nurseries and hatcheries. For the purpose of surveying, the Federal Institute must create uniform survey documents. The Federal Institute has to transmit the individual data collected to the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management for inclusion in the agricultural and forestry business information system (LFBIS). The text consists of 13 Articles.
