Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products. In particular, the Regulation lays down procedures relating to fees to be paid for the authorization or registration of new biocidal products. The Ordinance consists of 4 articles and 1 Annex.
