Abstract
The present Law implements various articles of the Federal Forestry Act 1975 (BGBl. No. 440/1975). In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to forestry issues in Burgenland. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Division of forests (1); Wind protection systems (2); Forest fire prevention (3); Protection of mountain torrents (4); Sphere of activities of municipalities (5).
