Abstract
This Act is divided into five sections covering various aspects of maintaining public safety and order. Section 3 of the document focuses on protection from animals, particularly regarding the ownership and control of potentially dangerous or disruptive animals. It includes regulations on the keeping of dangerous wild animals, general principles for animal husbandry, and measures to handle escaped animals. It also outlines local bans on animal keeping, mandatory registration of dogs, leash and muzzle requirements, and the establishment of dog exercise zones. Additionally, it covers rules for keeping problematic or aggressive dogs, including the owner’s suitability and required expertise, possible time limits on keeping such animals, and rules for handling them in public. The Act consists of 34 Articles.
