Camping Law of Tirol 2001.

The Camping Law of Tirol, regulates the establishment and operation of campsites as well as camping outside of designated sites in Tyrol, Austria. The law strictly prohibits camping outside official campsites except for specific, short-term exceptions (such as for public institutions, schools, or in high alpine areas for bivouacking). It sets out requirements for the notification, approval, and operation of campsites, including technical, safety, and environmental standards, and details the obligations of campsite operators and guests. The law also empowers authorities to enforce regulations, order the removal of unauthorized mobile accommodations, and impose penalties for violations, with special provisions for data processing, cooperation with security authorities, and municipal responsibilities.
