Abstract
The objective of the present Law is to protect the environment from the adverse effects of urban waste water discharges. For this purpose, the Law concerns the collection, treatment and discharge of urban waste water and the treatment and discharge of waste water from certain industrial sectors. Article 1 establishes that waste water and rainwater shall be discharged or disposed of according to the latest standards of environmental protection and hygienic requirements. The text consists of 10 articles.
