Abstract
This ordinance sets out detailed regulations for assessing and managing environmental noise in Carinthia, Austria, particularly noise caused by road traffic. It defines methodologies for calculating noise indices (Lden and Lnight), specifies threshold values, and outlines the requirements for creating strategic noise maps and action plans.
