Abstract
A basic Act to regulate hunting in Carinthia. It consists of 100 articles divided into 13 Parts of which the most important are as follows: Definition of authorization to hunt and qualifications to hunt (1); Management of hunting areas (2); Lease of hunting grounds (3); Issues of hunting licences (5); Protection of game (6); Closed season (7); Regulations on hunting management (9); Safeguard of interests for gamekeepers and other personnel (10); Setting up of Committees (10); and, finally, general and penal provisions (13).
