Abstract
The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) of 22 October 2007. Article 2 establishes that "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of the Ordinance. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Granting of subsidies (II); Use of casein and caseinate (III); Common provisions (IV).
