Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organization of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products. Article 2 establishes that the Austrian Agrarmarkt (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of this Ordinance.
