Abstract
The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) of 22 October 2007. Article 2 establishes that "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of the Ordinance. The text consists of 19 articles as follows: Sphere of application (I); Competent authorities (2); Tender (3); Acceptance of tender, conclusion of contract, withdrawal from contract (4); Storage (5); Consignment (6); Inspection of delivered corn (7); Assessment of quality (8) ;Contaminants and undesired substances (9); Takeover of stored corn (10); Weighing (11); Cooperation of store holders (12); Payment (13); Interest (14); Assignment of claims (15); Courts (16); Duty to tolerate and collaborate (17); Duty to conserve (18); Sanctions (19).
