Abstract
The aim of this Ordinance is to ensure drinking water free from pesticides. The Ordinance forbids the marketing of drinking water whose content of pesticides is higher than those laid down in Annex 1. In case of any lead, the regional authority is due to order at once an examination of the water in question. The Ordinance consists of 8 articles.
