Abstract
A Federal Act on the control of the environment and on the establishment of a Federal Office for the Environment. The Act consists 21 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Control of the environment (I); Federal Office for the Environment (II); Employees (III); Transitional provisions (IV).
