Abstract
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Combustion Plants Emission Protection Act. In particular, the following articles are amended: article 39 dealing with plants handling hazardous substances; article 45 concerning complaints against the decisions of the district administrative authority pursuant to this Federal Act; article 47 laying down provisions relating to entry into force; and article 53 dealing with implementation of certain EU directives
