Abstract
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Electrical Engineering Act 1992. In particular, the Act amends article 4 dealing with existing electrical implants whose electro-technical standards and relevant documents shall be revised. Also article 6 is amended establishing that any person who carries out major modifications or extensions to existing electrical installations or electrical equipment shall comply with those binding electro-technical standards and binding electro-technical reference documents which are in force at the time the work is commenced. The title of article 19 shall read as follows: «Entry into force and repeal of existing legislation; Transitional provisions.»
