Abstract
The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Environment Management Act (BGBl. I Bo. 96/2001). Inter alia chapter I of the said Act is reworded dealing with aims, definition of terms; article 4, paragraph 2, concerning a list of environmental verifiers is amended; the title of article 5 shall read as follows “Requirements for environmental verifiers”; article 11 on duties of environmental experts is also amended; and article 13 shall read “Limitation of admissions”.
