Abstract
The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Gas Emissions Allowance Act (BGBl. I No. 467/2004). Inter alia, article 5, paragraph 5 dealing with documents submitted to the competent authority, and article 17, paragraph 1, concerning the issue of emission certificates are amended. Moreover an article 10a on Withdrawal of authorization, and an article 10b on Inspection are added.
