Abstract
Article 1 of the present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Genetic Technology Act (BGBl. No. 510/1994). In particular, an article 46a is added whereby, having heard the Genetic Commission, the Minister for Health and Women is authorized to issue an executive Ordinance dealing with the subject matter.
Whereas article 2 of the present Act introduces some amendments to Articl 10, paragraph 3, to the Food Act 1975 (BGBl. No. 86/1975).
