Abstract
Article 1 of the present Act introduces some amendments to the Genetic Technology Act (BGBl. No. 510/1994). In particular, article 67 on Prohibition of use of data from genetic analyzes for specific purposes is amended. Furthermore, an article 113b is added dealing with entry into force.
