Abstract
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Hazardous Substances Transport Act (BGBl. I No. 145/1998). In particular, it amends the contents of Part 4 dealing with special provisions on transport of hazardous substances on road; article 8 listing details of application form for transportation of hazardous substances; article 12 concerning reports on hazardous substances to be addressed to the Austro Control GmbH or to the Federal Ministry for Traffic, Innovation and Technology; article 16 on provisions for the interruption of transportation; article 17 on authorization of additional transport, limitation and prohibition of transport.
