Abstract
Article V of the present Act introduces, inter alia, some amendments to the Varieties Protection Act 2001 (BGBl. I No. 109). In particular, 3 paragraphs are added to article 6 dealing with licences for patent holders and breeders rights. Moreover, article 28 is amended.
