Abstract
The present Act introduces substantial amendments to the Seeds Act 1997 (BGBl. No. 72/1997). For example, article 1 dealing with ornamental plants; article 3 concerning competent authorities for the admission of seeds; article 40 on genetically manipulated seeds are amended.
