Abstract
The present Federal Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Waste Management Act 2002 (BGBl. I, No.102/2002). In particular, the Act adds, inter alia, article 28a concerning collection of electric and electronic domestic appliances, batteries and accumulators; whilst article 87b deals with administrative appeals.
