Federal Act amending the Water Resources Management Act.

The present Act amends the above-mentioned Act (BGBl. No. 148/1996) on financial provisions destined to the management and improvement of water resource plants in Austria. The amendments concern article 12(3), which reads as follows: "(3) Credits according to paragraphs 1 and 2 may be granted to 1. Local authorities whose principal task is the establishment of water resources plants according to paragraph 1, 2. An entity may assume the responsibility for the repayment of the debt."
