Abstract
Article I of the present Act introduces substantial amendments to the Water Rights Act 1959 (BGBl. No. 215/1959); article II amends some articles of the Water Resources Management Act (BGBl. No. 148/1985), and finally article III repeals the Hydrography Act (BGBl. No. 58/1979) as of 22 December 2006. The text consists of 3 articles.
