Abstract
The amendments of the above-mentioned Act (BGBl. No. 444/1985) concern the addition of paragraphs 4 and 5 to article 3 dealing with the marking of wine. During transportation wine should not be affected by external circumstances. Wine made of Austrian grapes only has to show this on the label. Moreover, article 29 on "Regulations for quality wine" and article 32 on "Sparkling wine" are replaced. Finally, article 65 listing penalties for violations is amended. The Act consists of 2 articles.
