Federal Act on Federal Institutes and Offices dealing with agriculture.

An Act to regulate the establishment of agricultural institutes. The Act lists at the outset the various Institutes involved: they are monitored by the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry. Their tasks relate, inter alia, to the collection of data, the setting up of libraries, the improvement of agricultural methods, the preparation of reports, of statistics, etc. Article 5 governs the internal organization of the said Institutes. The main part of the Act deals with the various agricultural Institutes, such as the Federal Institute for Agriculture, the Federal Office for Biology, the Federal Institute for Viticulture and Fruit, the Federal Office for Alpine Dairy Products. The Act consists of 30 articles divided into 4 Parts.
