Abstract
The present Federal Act establishes the National Park Corporation «Donau-Auen” whose task is to carry out measures for the establishment and preservation of the National Park “Donau-Auen”. The text consists of 5 articles.
The amendments of the Plant Protection Act 1995 (BGBl. No. 532/1995) and of the Vine Plants Act 1996 (BGBl. No. 418/1996) concern registration fees.
