In compliance with Directive 2002/30/EC the present Federal Act lays down the conditions and modalities for adopting operating restrictions in a consistent manner at airport level with a view to limiting or reducing the number of people significantly affected by the harmful effects of noise. The text consists of 12 articles and 1 Annex.
