Abstract
These regulations lay down implementing measures for granting subsidies to flax and hemp producers provided for by a special Council Directive. Article 2 establishes that “Agrarmarkt Austria”(AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of the present Ordinance. Thereafter the text deals with details of application procedures on behalf of flax and hemp producers. Article 9 specifies that entitled persons must allow access to their premises for inspection by competent authorities, i.e., the “Agrarmarkt Austria”, the Ministry for Agriculture and Forestry, and various bodies of the European Community. The text consists of 12 articles.
