Abstract
An Act to regulate the production of food in case of emergency. It is possible to take emergency measures in regard of: foodstuffs, potable water, fertilizers, pesticides, animal feed, seeds and plant materials. In such a case it is prohibited to use wheat as feedstuffs. The Act treats also issues such as competent authorities in case of emergency, relevant commissions and its members. The text consists of 25 articles divided into 5 Parts.
