Abstract
An Ordinance regulating the marketing and production of forestry planting material. It deals with its authorization and control, its export in other member countries, as well as import licences, inspection of forestry premises. Article 12 deals with the relevant certificates and documents. The Ordinance consists of 24 articles and 9 Annexes.
