Abstract
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Gas Emissions Certificate Act 2011 (BGBl. I No.118/2011). In particular, the Act adds article 10a on Determination of emissions establishing that the determination has to comply with the provisions of the Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community and amending Council Directive 96/61/EC of 13 October 2003. Moreover, article 53b on Exemptions for aircraft operators for the years 2013-2016 is added.
