Abstract
The present Ordinance implements Council regulations and directives relating to guaranteed quantities for milk and milk products. “Agrarmarkt Austria” (AMA) is entrusted with the enforcement of the present Ordinance. An additional levy shall be payable by producers of cow's milk on quantities of milk or milk equivalent delivered to a purchaser or sold directly for consumption in excess of a quantity to be determined. The levy shall be payable on all quantities of milk or milk equivalent marketed during the period in question in excess of the established relevant quantity. It shall be shared between the producers who contributed to the overrun. The text consists of 44 articles divided into 4 Parts and 1 Annex.
