Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Hazardous Substances Transport Act (BGBl. I No. 145/1998). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the vocational training of persons responsible for the transportation of hazardous substances by road, rail, waterways, and air. The text consists of 50 articles divided into 6 Parts.
