Abstract
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Burgenland Hunting Law 2004 (LGBl. No.47/2004). In particular, the Law adds an article 88 concerning protection of wine yards. Furthermore, the text amends, inter alia, articles 119 dealing with decisions by the competent authorities.
