Abstract
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Burgenland Plant Protection Products Law 2012 (LGBl. Nr. 46/2012). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 5 dealing with vocational training; article 7 establishing that the local government of Burgenland has to treat nationals of EU member states and Switzerland as equal to Austrian citizens; article 17 concerning references to federal legislation.
